Diseases of the lachrymal ducts

To allow us to see well, the eye must always be moistened with an even film of tear fluid. Accordingly, tear fluid must be evenly produced and able to flow well via the lachrymal ducts. Inflammation, injury or tumours can lead to drainage impairment. This leads to increased lachrymation (tear flow). Our ophthalmologists look for the root cause and suggest possible treatments.
